About our Employment Programmes
All our social enterprise employability programmes are designed to address different key issues to break down barriers to employment for individuals who are facing challenges. Helping us keep our core focus is our bespoke Theory of Change, a process which details the outcomes we want to see and the impact we want to achieve.
We worked with Salford Foundation, our charity partner, to develop this process. We are always keen to take on new opportunities to collaborate with our customers and other partner organisations to achieve even greater impact.
100% of our programme participants recommend our programmes, and all are paid the Real Living Wage except within educational settings, as part of our commitment to building workplaces that are truly inclusive and create bright futures for all.
