Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are recruiting for a new Key Account Manager within our National Sales division. You will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, building relationships with them, and developing their spend. This is a remote / field-based role.

The ideal candidate would be a person who has a strong sales and account management skillset and has a competitive drive for success.
Your principal job duties will be:
- Responsible for sourcing and managing prospect leads via our CRM system.
- Making outbound sales calls to bring on new business.
- New sales to be made through prospective telesales and customer visits.
- Identifying key opportunities to elevate and accelerate growth of our National Sales division.
- Account management of existing client base to improve turnover and margin.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Face to face meetings with customers.
- Responsible for tenders, proposals and waste reporting for own customers.
This role would suit a candidate with the following experience:
- Outbound B2B sales experience.
- Account management experience.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Ability to close a sale over the phone.
